Individual Counseling
Are you pregnant and experiencing some overwhelming anxiety? Have you just had a baby and can’t figure out why you feel so sad? Maybe you’re feeing isolated or struggling to find the balance between being “mom” and who you were before becoming mom. I’m here to help and want you to know you are NOT alone! I am here to come alongside you to learn what issues may be weighing you down and how we can work together to have you experiencing the joy you desire in your life.
I specialize in women who are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to find that balance between motherhood and focusing on a career outside the home. Life can be so chaotic as you’re pulled into multiple directions. My goal is not to add MORE to your “to-do” list, but to help you identify the strengths you already possess to achieve your goals.
It is my belief that YOU have value and purpose. YOU are capable of growing, changing, and healing. Let me help you discover your purpose and provide you with the support you deserve.
Individual sessions can be completed in-person or virtually. Sessions last 50-60 minutes in length. Insurance accepted including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and additional Optum plans.
Group Counseling
Sometimes healing happens when you are able to receive support FROM others while also providing support TO others.
Delivering Hope is an eight week group for women who are pregnant and are looking for additional support in their pregnancy. In this group you’ll gain the knowledge you need to manage stress and anxiety while preparing for delivery and the postpartum period. You can look forward to learning coping such as deep breathing, making a trauma-informed delivery plan and postpartum care plans, deep breathing, and so much more!
Hope Delivered in a twelve week postpartum group offered to women who have given birth in the last twelve months. This group concentrates on providing support for common issues that women face in the first year of parenting. You can look forward to learning how to implement boundaries, overcome “mom guilt”, and practice self-care.
Insurance is accepted for groups including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and additional Optum plans.
